Understanding the whole Person
Supporting the connections between your mind, emotions, nervous system, physical health, relationships, life experiences, and identity so daily life feels manageable, less overwhelming and more fulfilling
When Life Feels Harder
Than It Should
You may be showing up in your daily life and meeting your responsibilities, yet something feels heavier than it should.
Stress lingers in your body. Familiar relationship patterns resurface. Past experiences shape how you respond in the present. Health concerns, demanding roles, or major transitions stretch your emotional resilience and physical capacity.
Over time, this can interfere with how clearly you think, your connection in relationships, and your ability to get through the day without feeling overwhelmed.
You might notice:
Feeling on edge or mentally drained
Replaying conversations or second-guessing yourself
Questioning your identity, values, or sense of direction
Wanting closeness but withdrawing or feeling unsettled when vulnerability increases
Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions
Managing health concerns while trying to stay fully functional day to day
Feeling persistently burned out or emotionally depleted
Feeling like you lost parts of yourself while trying to survive, belong, or keep the peace
You have been carrying a lot, often without space to pause and make sense of it.
Therapy offers a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to change the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can respond to life with more clarity and intention.

Founder & Therapist
Tierney Cauley, M.A, LPC NCC, ACS, BC-TMH, CFRC
-
Tierney believes meaningful healing begins by understanding and treating the whole person. Her integrative, relational approach recognizes the connections between the mind, emotions, nervous system, physical health, relationships, life experiences, and identity. Tierney’s clinical work focuses on trauma recovery and the lasting impact of chronic stress, with particular attention to how these experiences shape emotional wellbeing, relationships, identity, and daily functioning.
Before entering private practice, Tierney worked in forensic mental health for over six years, gaining experience with significant trauma histories and complex clinical presentations. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as adjunct faculty, teaching graduate coursework in psychology and counseling. Today, her work is grounded in evidence-based, individualized care and the belief that meaningful change occurs through both effective treatment and a strong therapeutic relationship.
Therapist
Haley Clancy, M.A., LAC, BC-TMH, DRCC, NREMT
-
Haley focuses on the psychological impact of health challenges, life transitions, and high-responsibility roles. Her work supports individuals navigating chronic illness, maternal mental health, bariatric surgery, cumulative occupational stress, and other life stages where physical, emotional, and systemic demands intersect.
With a background in pre-hospital emergency medicine, she uses a biopsychosocial approach to help clients regulate stress, navigate complex systems, and strengthen daily functioning. Therapy is practical, collaborative, and centered on helping clients feel informed, capable, and supported as they manage both internal stress and external demands.
Areas of Focus
Our areas of focus reflect the diverse concerns, experiences, and life transitions that bring people to therapy. Through an integrative and individualized approach, we tailor care to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences.
Here’s How Therapy Works
Starting therapy does not have to feel overwhelming. The process is clear, collaborative, and paced to meet you where you are.
STEP ONE | Schedule a Free Consultation
Begin with a complimentary 15-minute call to share what has been most challenging, ask questions, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
STEP TWO | Create a Personalized Plan
Early sessions focus on clarifying priorities and developing a plan that reflects your goals, current stressors, and real-life responsibilities.
STEP THREE | Ongoing Therapy & Growth
Therapy becomes a space to process experiences, build insight, regulate stress, and apply what you are learning in daily life over time.
